My name is Cassidy and I have loved coffee and the processes of it since a very young age. Recently an opportunity came up to buy this business and start my own journey. I now own a small batch roaster so every bag that leaves my shop is fresh, consistent, and roasted to order. The perfect timeframe to have the freshest beans would be 4 days to 5 weeks after the roast date.
